Senetas joins forces with global partner Thales at the 2019 Dell Technologies Forums in New York and Sydney, discussing network security and data in motion protection solutions for Dell customers and partners.

With over 62,000 attendees in 80 cities around the world last year, Dell Technologies Forums let participants see, touch and discover the latest products, solutions and strategies that enable real transformation; helping them lay the foundation for your digital future.

Senetas is pleased to be participating in the New York and Sydney events with Thales, our global distribution and support partner, as both organisations look to raise awareness around the dangers of unsecure data networks and unencrypted data in motion.

Senetas CTO Julian Fay comments “Events such as Dell Technologies Forums give us the opportunity to speak directly to end-users and their solutions partners about their concerns around the security of their network and the safety of their data. It’s a great pleasure to be doing this alongside our colleagues at Thales.”

Discussing network security and data-in-motion protection solutions

The cybersecurity landscape is in a state of constant flux. New attack vectors appear every day and cyber criminals are always on the lookout for network vulnerabilities that can be exploited. Despite evolution and implementation of data privacy and protection legislation and security standards, only four percent of data lost or stolen since 2013 has been encrypted.

Organisations that take network security seriously face a growing list of concerns; from protecting core network infrastructure (such as data centre interconnects) to encrypting data to the WAN edge and securing file-sharing against a host of threats – both known and unknown.

To help address these concerns, members of the Senetas and Thales team will be available to discuss them; offering impartial advice and best practice guidance. We will also be showcasing Senetas/SafeNet CN Series hardware encryption, CV Series virtualised encryption and SureDrop encrypted file-sharing so you can see how our leading encryption technologies work first-hand.

Elsewhere at the Dell Technologies Forums

The Senetas and Thales teams will be joined at both events by a host of attendees and speakers from organisations across the world. Attendees can expect to get hands-on with products and solutions that enable transformation across core, edge and cloud networks; spanning industries including healthcare, financial services and transportation.

They will also be able to look forward to hearing first-hand from Dell clients and partners about their digital transformation journeys, as well as learn new skills and strategies from experts in computing, cybersecurity and beyond.

Lastly, visitors to the New York forum will get the opportunity to meet Thales’ Product Manager, Stan Mesceda, and pose him their questions, while those in Sydney will be able to watch Senetas present a customer’s solution on how its global Cloud services enable SaaS business services, including its use of Dell Technologies.
