Francis Galbally is the founder and current Executive Chairman of Senetas. He was CEO and Chairman from the company’s inception in 1999 until stepping down in 2006. He rejoined the board in 2012 during a major restructure and was reappointed Chairman in 2013.

Francis is a former commercial lawyer with 35+ years of experience and was a partner at Galbally & O’Bryan. He has led several landmark litigation cases and recovered over $1 billion in investor funds. He is an adviser and principal investor to Southbank Capital and has chaired or invested in multiple ASX-listed companies across the technology, energy and finance sectors. Today, Francis chairs Optic Security Group (OSG) which designs and installs security solutions for Government, Defence, Health and Aged Care, and industrial organisations. OSG is a Senetas partner. He also serves on the Cabrini Foundation board.

Andrew Wilson is Chief Executive Officer of Senetas, where he plays an active role in shaping R&D and ensuring solutions meet the evolving needs of global cybersecurity markets. Previously, he held the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Senetas.

Andrew began his career with KPMG, working with banking and broking clients, and later held finance roles at Deutsche Bank and NatWest in the UK. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting and Finance) from Monash University and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA) and the Governance Institute of Australia (ACIS).

Brendan Case brings over 20 years of experience in corporate governance, finance and company secretarial roles. He previously served as Associate Company Secretary of National Australia Bank (NAB), where he also supported the Audit and Risk Committees and held senior risk and regulatory roles.

Prior to NAB, Brendan worked at UniSuper for eight years. He holds a Master of Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne, degrees in economics and finance, and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FCIS).

Chris Fedde has extensive leadership experience across the cybersecurity and data protection sectors, having served in multiple CEO and President roles for successful technology companies. He was President and CEO of SafeNet, Inc., a global leader in data protection, where he guided the company to dynamic growth, including establishing a security presence within the U.S. Government defense and intelligence communities, and reaching over $450 million in revenue before the company was sold to Gemalto in 2014.

More recently, Chris founded and served as President of Hexis Cyber Solutions, Inc., leading the development of a groundbreaking product for automated detection and response, which was successfully sold just two and a half years after its start-up. Prior to that, as CEO of Bandura Cyber, Inc., he led the fast- growing company in the Threat Intelligence Gateways market and successfully secured two institutional capital raises. Earlier in his career, he was Director of Secure Products at Harris Corporation, establishing the business responsible for protecting information and communications for the U.S. Government.

Chris currently serves as Chairman of VGM AUST Holdings, and sits on boards and advisory boards of several cybersecurity companies and non-profits.

Lachlan Given is Chief Executive Officer of EZCORP Inc. (NASDAQ: EZPW) and previously served as Chair of its board. He also serves on the boards of The Farm Journal Corporation and CANSTAR, Australia’s leading financial services research firm.

Lachlan began his career at Merrill Lynch in investment banking and capital markets, specialising in M&A and equity transactions, and working in Hong Kong and Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) from Queensland University of Technology, graduating with distinction.

Ken Gillespie is a retired Lieutenant General and former Chief of the Australian Army. Since retiring, he has built a successful commercial career and served on numerous government and private sector boards.

Ken is a strategic planning expert and strong advocate for veterans. He is a board member of Skytraders, VeryNext, Aerospace Maritime and AMDA Foundation. He is a Companion in the Military Division of the Order of Australia and carries prestigious awards from the United States of America and the Republic of Singapore. He is also a corporate speaker and ambassador for national cancer awareness organisations.

Philip Schofield joined the Senetas board in 2017, contributing more than 30 years of international finance and banking experience and valuable global and local perspectives. He has held senior roles at Goldman Sachs, Citi Group and Canaccord across markets in London, New York and Australia.

In 2024, he was appointed Director of Corporate Finance at Bell Potter, specialising in equity capital advisory for ASX-listed companies. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University.
