Senetas has been named a national finalist in the Digital and Smart Technologies category of the 64th Australian Export Awards, following its category win at the 2026 Governor of Victoria Export Awards.
The recognition celebrates our success in taking Australian-designed and manufactured encryption technology from Melbourne to international markets, working alongside our distributor, Thales. With nearly three decades of experience export experience and customers in more than 60 countries, we demonstrate the global reach of Australian innovation.
Presented by the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) in collaboration with state and territory partners, the Australian Export Awards recognise businesses achieving international success with Australian products, services and expertise.
Senetas joins 88 national finalists across 13 award categories, each having earned their place through their respective state or territory export awards. The Digital and Smart Technologies category recognises outstanding international success in information technology, digital technologies, software, hardware or digital services.
Category winners and the Australian Exporter of the Year will be announced at the national awards ceremony at Parliament House in Canberra on 18 November 2026.
