Airport security operation eliminates CCTV latency and enables tamper-proof archiving at border control
Industry: Government
Region: APAC
The Challenge
Our client’s airport security operations were being hampered by significant CCTV latency and packet jitter, which was a direct consequence of outdated encryption technology running across the arrival and departure networks.
Without a tamper-proof validation mechanism or a secondary, off-site archival strategy, the client faced a vulnerability that touched both real-time surveillance and long-term forensic reliability.
We deployed high-performance network encryption to protect every immigration CCTV feed, eliminating the packet delays created by the outdated technology it replaced.
Removing jitter gave the client the high-fidelity video streams needed for real-time AI and facial recognition at the border. To secure long-term reliability, we also implemented a consolidated management system that automates tamper-proof archiving to secure third-party, off-site locations.
Outcomes in summary

- Removal of outdated technology to eliminate packet delays and jitter
- High-fidelity video streams enabled for real-time AI and facial recognition
- Consolidated management system implemented for automated, tamper-proof archiving
- Long-term forensic reliability secured across third-party, off-site archive locations
