TAA Compliance Statement

The Trade Agreements Act (19 U.S.C. §§2501-2581) is intended to foster fair and open international trade. It requires that the U.S. Government may acquire only products that are U.S. – made or are made in countries that are recognized as supporting fair and open international trade. The act further requires that contractors must certify that each of their end products that are to be acquired by a government entity in the U.S. meet the requirements as to place of manufacture.

All of Senetas’ products meet the requirements of the Trade Agreements Act and are approved to be acquired by the United States Government for use.
