The Senetas Training story
The Senetas training story begins as far back as 1997 when we were asked by IBM to undertake training within Australia for the fledgling IBM Tivoli business. At that time we were one of the few companies in Australia with Tivoli skills.
The Tivoli training business was so successful that in 1998 IBM asked us to establish the Asia Pacific Tivoli University. This was one of only three such sites in the World with the others being in the USA and the UK (for Europe). The AP Tivoli University was established in Singapore and ran for 5 years training Customers and Business Partners from all over the world in all aspects of Tivoli products.
Today, Senetas offers the same high quality Tivoli training built on over 10 years experience with the product suite. All our instructors are certified in the products they teach but most importantly they bring ‘real world’ experience to their classes. When not training, our instructors are implementing Tivoli solutions for our customers so when it comes to knowing the products they are the experts.
The Senetas Approach
Senetas understands that customers require an integrated approach for their training needs. In most cases, this involves us providing guidance on which Tivoli courses are appropriate for a customer to achieve the level of performance required.
However, in some cases, the standard courses are not a good fit for a customer. If this is the case, Senetas can tailor a training program to suit individual company needs. This could be a tailored version of one or more existing courses or specific training that Senetas has created for a customer.
We are also able to bring our training services to a customer site if that is more convenient and the customer can provide a suitable training environment.
