Training FAQs

Can Senetas conduct training on my company’s premises?

 

Yes, Senetas can conduct training outside our own facilities. However, given the technical nature of the training, suitable equipment needs to be available to enable the training to run. Such equipment can be provided by the customer or rented if appropriate.

I can’t afford the time to attend a course. Can I purchase the training materials and teach myself?

 

No, the official training materials are provided direct by IBM Tivoli and are not available outside a course.

Is parking available near the Senetas Offices?

 

Yes, in both Sydney and Melbourne there are public car parks close to the facilities. However, payment of fees for parking at these public car parks is the responsibility of the customer.

My company has multiple people wishing to attend Senetas courses. Does Senetas provide discounts?

 

Senetas can provide discounts in certain circumstances. Please call and discuss your needs with the training manager.

None of the advertised courses seem quite right for my company’s needs. Can Senetas help?

 

Senetas can tailor a training program to suit individual company needs. This could be a tailored version of one or more existing courses or specific training Senetas has created for a customer.

What happens if I get called away during a course? Can I get a refund?

 

Obviously once a course has started all costs have been incurred and a refund is not possible. However, provided the full fee has been paid, Senetas will attempt to find a place on a future iteration of the same course for no extra charge.
